I have been Director/Dean of the École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées since October 2022. Prior to that, I served as Deputy Director for Housing Policy at the City of Paris from 2018. As a French civil servant, I have held various positions within central and decentralised state administrations, dealing with urban planning, sustainable construction and housing policy. I served as a technical adviser on sustainable construction and urban planning to the Minister for Housing in 2015 and 2016. I am a graduate of the École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the École polytechnique. I also hold a PhD in economics from the Paris School of Economics.
