Antonio Cases is Head of Corporate Affairs for Western Europe at CEMEX, where he works at the intersection of industry, public policy, institutions and society. With more than two decades of experience in the company, his career has spanned corporate affairs, public policy, social impact, strategic planning, corporate governance, legal advisory and infrastructure-related logistics projects. His work focuses on the conditions that enable sustainable industrial development and long-term investment, including stakeholder engagement, industrial competitiveness, regulatory frameworks, collaboration ecosystems, and the social license to operate. He brings a cross-functional perspective on how business, governments and society can work together to develop resilient infrastructure, advance circular resource systems and translate sustainability ambitions into scalable solutions. Antonio holds an MBA and an LL.M. from IE Business School and IE Law School.
