Dejan Makovsek [pronounced Deyan Makovshek] leads the infrastructure delivery work at the OECD. He’s the co-author and driving force behind new paradigm developements in this space: the infra permitting acceleration; the economics of risk bearing in infrastructure delivery; the OECDs methodology to inform delivery strategies (STEPS), and the the revision of the OECDs PPP recommendation. Dejan combines deep economics and policy knowledge with hands on experience, having advised on policy and concrete major and mega project delivery. Dejan earned a PhD in cost overruns on major projects.
