Doug Fraser joined the World Bank Group in 2025 and is the Procurement Manager in the Operations Policy and Country Services team. He brings more than 25 years of international procurement experience in the public and private sector, having worked across Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean, including in fragile, emergency and small state contexts. Prior to joining the World Bank he served as the Head of Procurement at the Caribbean Development Bank, for over 10 years, where he established a new procurement division and framework.
