Gabriel Valtueña is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and leads the Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice in Iberia. He specializes in the origination and delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects, with deep expertise in public–private partnerships (PPPs). Mr. Valtueña brings 25 years of experience across the entire infrastructure lifecycle, including over 10 years in C-level positions at a global construction and infrastructure group, and seven years in strategic consulting, where he primarily advised private clients and public authorities in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Valtueña earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a post-degree diploma from IESE Business School. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Civil Engineers.
