Guillaume Arditti is a Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Institute, where his work focuses on strengthening Europe’s capacity to deploy financing and mobilise private capital in critical sectors and strategic emerging markets. A graduate of Sciences Po and Paris Dauphine University, he began his career in development finance at Proparco (AFD Group) in South Africa. He subsequently moved into investment banking, holding senior leadership positions at BNP Paribas and Natixis, where he led multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and commodities financing transactions across Africa and the Middle East. Guillaume later founded Belvedere Advisory, a Paris-based firm that advises corporates and investment platforms on debt and capital solutions, as well as investment strategies, in emerging markets. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to Forvis Mazars.
