Juan Santamaría Cases is Chief Executive Officer of ACS Group, one of the world’s largest infrastructure and construction groups. A Civil Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), he joined ACS in 2002 and has built his entire career within the Group, holding senior leadership positions across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

He previously served as CEO and Executive Chairman of CIMIC and as President and CEO of Iridium. Since May 2022, he has served as CEO of ACS and is also CEO of HOCHTIEF, Executive Chairman of CIMIC and Chairman of Abertis.

His career combines engineering, major-project delivery, infrastructure investment and global corporate leadership, with particularly extensive experience in PPPs and complex infrastructure markets
