Leticia Ferreras Astorqui is Head of Development Finance at Allianz Global Investors, where she leads the firm’s development finance activities focused on mobilising institutional capital for emerging markets. Since joining AllianzGI in 2020, she has played a key role in the fundraising and deployment of emerging markets debt strategies and led the structuring and launch of the Allianz Credit Emerging Markets (ACE) strategy, one of AllianzGI’s flagship blended finance vehicles. Prior to AllianzGI, she worked at Macquarie Capital, MUFG Union Bank and Citibank, focusing on infrastructure, energy and project finance across the Americas. Leticia holds a degree in International Political Economy from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she graduated magna cum laude.
