Melchert Duijve is Vice President, Energy Solutions Europe at Prologis, where he leads the company’s European strategy and activities around Energy and Charging solutions. Since joining Prologis in 2019, he has built and scaled its European energy platform across 12 countries. He also served as Global Sustainability Director at the company’s Denver headquarters, working with customers and partners to advance Prologis’ global net-zero roadmap.

Today, Melchert and his team focus on electrifying Prologis’ existing portfolio and securing the power capacity needed for the logistics operations of the future. This includes developing onsite energy generation and storage, expanding depot and workplace charging infrastructure, and creating large-scale charging solutions for commercial fleets. He works closely with customers, utilities, charge point operators and investment partners to address grid constraints and turn logistics real estate into distributed energy and charging infrastructure.
