Tomás Serebrisky is an Argentine economist and Manager of the Infrastructure and Energy Sector at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). With more than 20 years of experience in development, he has focused on infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and regulation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

He joined the IDB in 2012 as Principal Economic Advisor, leading sustainable infrastructure and private financing projects. Previously, he worked at the World Bank and served as Chief Economist at Argentina’s Antitrust Commission.

He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Universidad de San Andrés in Argentina.
